Swans
Finally got a good look at the baby swans. Unfortunately I saw at least 7 in the binoculars a week ago, and now there are only 5. One is actually underwater when I took the pic. Hopefully all 5 of these guys make it.

Back from Mohegan Sun

Stuffed Peppers
These stuffed peppers were really good. Can be a bit time consuming but not difficult at all to prepare. Excellent stand alone meal, very filling!

Easy Sauce
This is a very quick, thick, meat sauce. It is a pork based sauce so its a little different, but it really was delicious. I basically doubled the ingredients from the original recipe because who buys 1/2 lb ground pork? Bueller?
